No. TermsKit provides templates based on common compliance patterns. For business-critical use or complex compliance requirements (large user base, sensitive data, regulated industries), consult a qualified lawyer.
Do you handle GDPR and CCPA?+
Yes. When you select "Global" audience, both GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) sections are automatically included with the right user rights, legal bases, and disclosure requirements.
What happens to my documents if I don't upgrade?+
They're hosted forever on termskit.io with a small "Generated by TermsKit" footer. You can link to them from your site. They will not be deleted.
Can I edit the documents later?+
Yes. Pro users can re-generate documents anytime as their business changes. Free users can re-generate but will receive a new URL.
Do you support multiple languages?+
Currently English only. German, French, Spanish, and Portuguese are on the roadmap.
Is my data safe?+
We store only what you submit (company name, contact email, your answers). No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics on the wizard. Free documents live on our domain; you may request deletion at any time.
